Everyday we are introduced to new web sites, links, u-tubes, blogs, twitters, emails, four squares, instagram, on and on it goes. There really is nothing we cannot look up, read about, learn from, laugh from and yes wonder why is that something worth seeing!

I am somewhat guarded when it comes to all this instant knowledge and putting oneself out there. It feels very vulnerable and yet it also seems to always draw me in. Here are a few links that were passed onto me this week;

Sunshine

As we are slowly counting down the remaining days of summer and trying to soak up all this gorgeous sunshine, we cant help but to feel the change of season just around the corner. The full moon last night lit up the night sky, and also brought some areas the dreaded frost!

As September approaches I have always had a hard time letting go of the feeling of summer, with its laid back schedules, casual dressing, impromptu gatherings on the deck, and having no set supper time. So until the leaves start changing, and the grass stops growing, I will be wearing my sunhat, shorts, flip flops and sundresses embracing the season we all love SUMMER.

Little black dress

Everyone knows the  need for the perfect LBD (little black dress), it is a staple in all our closets. Something that we can put on and dress up with bling and a beautiful pair of shoes, or wear simply with a pair of black pumps. I have two, both are very different styles, one for the more somber occasions and the other when I want to feel pulled together and pretty :)
