Long Weekend

The last Friday of August, bringing with it the September long weekend. There will be many people heading out for one final camping trip before getting the kids ready for another school year, others heading to the stores for back to school supplies, families signing up for skating, hockey, dance, karate, gymnastics and so many other activities. In one word "schedules".

For me this last weekend of summer brings some melancholy, as my role of "back to school mom" is at its last year, my son graduates this year. Very exciting for him and me.

Enjoy this long weekend and spread a little kindness to those you meet, it will make you smile and put some happy feelings in others!

Scarves and more

This morning as I was thinking  "what to blog about today", I was undecided, as is it to keep you updated on the great consignment that comes into reFind daily, bringing a new selection on an ongoing basis, or to inform you of events that we are planning for, such as the upcoming Fashion Show October 4th, or for interesting links and quotes that filter into my day. Well it seems like all of the above!

So today ladies, there have been some beautiful pashmina's that arrived yesterday, along with our handmade sari scarves, and various consigned scarves to keep you cozy in the upcoming cooler nights/days.

For the September long weekend hours are, open Sat, Aug 31 10-6pm , closed Sunday, Sept 1 and Mon, Sept 2.

With the change of season comes a fashion show!

reFind is having a fashion show Friday, October 4th, 6-9pm at the Olds Golf Club, tickets $30 at reFind

All ladies and young ladies (under 18) can come and join us for a fun night of fashion, music and door prizes. Come and get inspired for dressing for the cooler weather ahead.
